# Tips for using Yandex Webmaster
## Interface {#interface}
How to change the interface theme
: At the bottom of the menu, select  and click:
-  to choose the dark theme.
-  to choose the light theme.
-  to choose the system theme.
For eye comfort, the theme you choose will be applied to Yandex Search as well.
How to switch accounts
: At the bottom of the side menu, click the avatar of the active account and select another one from the list. You can also log out or create a new account.
How to change the workspace size
: At the top of the side menu, click  to collapse it and expand the workspace.
## Managing sites {#list-sites}
How to pin a site
: To easily find the sites you need most often, pin them:
1. Go to the [My sites](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/sites/) page.
1. Click  next to a URL.
The pinned sites are displayed at the top of the list on this page and the list under **Select site**.
How to find a site
: To quickly find a site, start typing its URL:
- In the **host** field on the **My sites** page.
- In the **Select site** field in the side menu.
How to delegate site management rights
: To give the rights to manage your site to someone else, use [rights delegation](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/rights.md#delegation). You can view the list of users managing the site in **Settings** → **Access rights**.
## Search for specific sections {#search}
To quickly navigate to any section in Yandex Webmaster, start typing its name in the search bar in the side menu and select the menu item you need.
## Notifications {#notifications}
To manage notifications, go to [Notifications](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/notifications/). There, you can:
- View only critical notifications.
- Filter notifications by site. To do this, select a site from the dropdown list.
- Select and delete multiple notifications.
To set up notifications [for all the sites](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/notifications.md#default) that you have access to in Yandex Webmaster or [for each site individually](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/notifications.md#specific), click **Configure**.
## How to use Yandex Webmaster without selecting a site {#tools}
Please note that if you don't select a site from the list, you'll be limited in your choice of available tools and their functionality:
- In **Tools**:
- **Robots.txt analysis**.
- **Sitemap validator**.
- **Server response check**.
- **Remove pages from search results**.
- **Audit pages for mobile compatibility**.
- **XML validator**.
- **Structured Data Validator**.
- **IP address check**.
- **Checking the NCC certificate**.
- In **Website optimization**, **Optimization advice** is available.
- In **Efficiency**:
- **Traffic and product range analytics (β)**.
- **Select queries and analyze market (β)**.
- In **Indexing**, the **Check page** tool is available.
If a tool requires selecting a specific site, select it in the left menu.
