# Working with reviews

Yandex users can leave reviews about websites, organizations. Users post site reviews on their [public pages](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/public-profile.html). Reviews about organizations are posted in Yandex services (Yandex Maps, search results, and so on) and on partner sites. For more information about feedback sources, see [Yandex Business Help](https://yandex.com/sprav/support/manage/reviews.html#sources).


## Where you can view and respond to reviews {#view-reply}

Reviews are available on the [Site information](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/siteinfo/) page and in Yandex Webmaster — on the [Reviews and ratings](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/site/quality-tools/reviews/) page.

Reviews and responses are moderated within a few days. They must meet the requirements for [site reviews](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/rules.html), [responses](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/rules.html).

Yandex Webmaster regularly checks for new reviews. To stay informed about site reviews, [configure notifications](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/notifications.md#sites).


Users can rate sites when writing reviews. The [Site information](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/siteinfo/) and [Reviews and ratings](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/site/quality-tools/reviews/) pages in Yandex Webmaster feature a rating bar. It shows the total number of reviews and the ratio of good and bad ratings. Grades 1-3 are considered bad, 4 and 5 are considered good.

Yandex Webmaster monitors data credibility. That's why only the site owner can respond to a review. To respond to a review, select the main site address in Yandex Webmaster.

## Working with reviews on the “Site information” page {#about-site}

All users can see reviews on the [Site information](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/siteinfo/) page. To respond to a review, you need to log in to your Yandex account.



## Working with reviews on the "Reviews and ratings" page in Yandex Webmaster {#wm}

On the [Reviews and ratings](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/site/quality-tools/reviews/) page, you can view, respond to, or report a review. If you respond to a review in Yandex Webmaster, your response will have the **Official response** mark.

  To view and respond to site reviews:

  1. Make sure that you have access in Yandex Webmaster.
  1. On the [Reviews and ratings](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/site/quality-tools/reviews/) page, open the **Site reviews** tab.
  

- About the organization

  
  To start displaying reviews about the organization:
  
  1. [Add your organization to Yandex Business](https://yandex.com.tr/sprav/main).

    When doing so, specify your company’s website in the **Website or social media** field.

  1. [Add this site to Yandex Webmaster](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/quick-start.md) and [verify your rights](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/rights.md) to manage the site.
  
  To view reviews and respond to them:

  1. Make sure that you have [access to the site](https://yandex.com.tr/support/webmaster/en/service/rights.md#rights) in Yandex Webmaster and [access to the organization in Yandex Business](https://yandex.com.tr/support/business-priority/manage/verify.html).

  1. On the [Reviews and ratings](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/site/quality-tools/reviews/) page, open the **On the organization** tab.

  [Confirm the management rights for the organization in Yandex Business](https://yandex.com.tr/support/sprav/manage/verify.html) or ask the business owner to [add you to the list of representatives](https://yandex.com/support/business-priority/#faq__add-representative). You will see the reviews in Yandex Webmaster within 24 hours after verification is complete.

If you believe a review is not related to your site or organization or does not meet the requirements ([for organization reviews](https://yandex.com/sprav/support/manage/reviews.html#requirements) or site reviews), you can report it. Your message will be sent to the support service.


The claim is processed within five days. If your complaint is validated, the review will stop being displayed.

If a review follows the guidelines but you still disagree with its content, we recommend that you respond to the review and communicate with the user.

## Why a review or response is not displayed {#ness}

A review may stop displaying if:

- About the site

  
  - A user deleted the review from their [public page](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/public-profile.html).
  - The review was removed because it didn't comply with the [guidelines](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/rules.html#rule).
  

- About the organization

  
  - The user deleted the review from the card.
  - The partner stopped sending reviews.
  - The review was removed because it didn't comply with the [guidelines](https://yandex.com/support/sprav/manage/reviews.html#requirements).

A response to a review may not be displayed if it hasn't passed moderation and doesn't meet our [requirements](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/rules.html).


If a response to an organization review hasn't passed moderation, check the reason for that in your [Yandex Business](https://business.yandex.com.tr/) personal account and edit the response. Only the organization’s owner can see the reason.

Site reviews are displayed on the [Site information](https://webmaster.yandex.com.tr/siteinfo/) public page. You can open it from the site snippet in the search results. Organization reviews are displayed in Yandex Maps and in Yandex Search results.

You can't publish the reviews on your site.
