Офлайн-словари для каждого языка нужно скачивать отдельно. Например, для офлайн-перевода с русского на английский нужно загрузить русский словарь (английский язык предустановлен).

Перед тем как скачать языковые словари, убедитесь, что интернет включен.


Голосовой ввод в офлайн-режиме не работает.

Для большинства языков приложение использует системное распознавание речи.


Перейдите в [раздел](*path) **Настройки** → **Голосовой ввод** → **Распознавание речи офлайн** и проверьте, установлены ли необходимые языковые словари.

В офлайн-режиме голосовой ввод не работает.

1. Повторите действия, которые приводят к вылету.

2. Перейдите в раздел **Настройки** → **Система** → **Для разработчиков** и включите режим **Для разработчиков**.

3. Включите опцию **Отчет об ошибке**. Дождитесь появления уведомления о создании отчета. В строке состояния откройте уведомление и отправьте запрос через форму обратной связи.

4. Если получается зайти в настройки приложения, откройте раздел **О программе** и нажмите логотип Яндекс Переводчика. В буфер обмена будет скопирован номер [UUID](*uuid). Приложите его к отчету об ошибке.
