# Creating a template
To create an issue or comment template:
1.
In the left-hand panel, click **Settings** ⟶ **Templates** or follow the link [https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates ](https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates). {#templates}
In the left-hand panel, click **Settings** → **Notifications**. {#notif}
1. Click **Create** in the top right corner.
1. Select a template type:
- **Issue template**
- **Comment template**
1. Enter the template name and description.
1. To allow the use of the template only in a specific queue, select **Only display the template in a specific queue**.
1. Fill in the template parameters the same way as when creating a [new issue](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/create-ticket.md) or [comment](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/comments.md).
1. Click **Save**.
The new template will be available on the [template page](https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates).
## Sharing a template {#share-template}
To be sure that other users can use your template:
1. [Set up shared access to the template](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/share-template.md#access).
1. Ask your colleagues to [enable your template](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/share-template.md#section_vkg_trs_zz) on the [Manage templates](https://tracker.yandex.com/settings/templates) page.
