## Updates {#top-news}

### _Issue lifecycle_ chart {#issue-lifecycle}

Now you can find a chart in issues that shows the time your issue remains in each of the statuses. The chart is available on the **History** tab of an issue. Using the <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" class="g-icon" fill="currentColor" stroke="none" aria-hidden="true"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M2.97 5.47a.75.75 0 0 1 1.06 0L8 9.44l3.97-3.97a.75.75 0 1 1 1.06 1.06l-4.5 4.5a.75.75 0 0 1-1.06 0l-4.5-4.5a.75.75 0 0 1 0-1.06Z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> icon, you can expand the chart: each status will appear in a separate row.

### Bulk operations in projects and portfolios {#bulk-projects-portfolios}

For projects within a portfolio, you can now use [bulk edit operations](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/create-portfolio.md#bulk-change) to perform the following for multiple projects simultaneously:

* Change their status.
* Assign a person in charge.
* Move them to a different portfolio.
* Edit their parameters.
* Delete them.

### Links in projects and portfolios {#links}

In [projects](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/create-project.md#links) and [portfolios](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/create-portfolio.md#links), you can now add *Depends on*/*Blocks* links.

## Fixes and improvements {#fixes}

### New interface for SLA rules, templates, and notifications {#new-ui}

The new interface now supports a few more Tracker pages:

* **SLA rules** page in the queue settings.
* Page for managing issue and comment templates: <svg width="24" height="24" viewBox="0 0 24 24" fill="none" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"><path d="M14.0703 2L15.0332 5.08984C15.6125 5.33197 16.1614 5.63745 16.6689 6L19.9297 5.26953L22 8.73047L19.7021 11.0898C19.7746 11.6945 19.7746 12.3055 19.7021 12.9102L22 15.2695L19.9297 18.7305L16.6689 17.9902C16.164 18.3538 15.6144 18.6555 15.0332 18.8896L14.0703 22H9.92969L8.9668 18.9102C8.38748 18.668 7.83857 18.3626 7.33105 18L4.07031 18.7305L2 15.2695L4.29785 12.9102C4.22536 12.3055 4.22536 11.6945 4.29785 11.0898L2 8.73047L4.07031 5.26953L7.33105 6C7.83654 5.63997 8.38609 5.34138 8.9668 5.11035L9.92969 2H14.0703ZM13.585 8.30469C12.8284 8.00196 11.9956 7.92285 11.1924 8.07715C10.3891 8.23149 9.65137 8.61246 9.07227 9.17188C8.49318 9.73128 8.09825 10.4438 7.93848 11.2197C7.77876 11.9955 7.86151 12.7995 8.1748 13.5303C8.4882 14.2612 9.0183 14.8866 9.69922 15.3262C10.3802 15.7657 11.181 16 12 16C13.0982 16 14.1512 15.5783 14.9277 14.8281C15.7043 14.078 16.1406 13.0609 16.1406 12C16.1406 11.2089 15.8984 10.4351 15.4434 9.77734C14.9884 9.11968 14.3414 8.60745 13.585 8.30469Z" fill="#34343C"/></svg> **Settings** ⟶ <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M12 3H4a1.5 1.5 0 0 0-1.5 1.5v4A1.5 1.5 0 0 0 4 10h8a1.5 1.5 0 0 0 1.5-1.5v-4A1.5 1.5 0 0 0 12 3M4 1.5a3 3 0 0 0-3 3v4a3 3 0 0 0 3 3h3.25V13h-2.5a.75.75 0 0 0 0 1.5h6.5a.75.75 0 0 0 0-1.5h-2.5v-1.5H12a3 3 0 0 0 3-3v-4a3 3 0 0 0-3-3z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg> **Interface** ⟶ **Templates**.

### Exporting issues via reports {#issues-reports}

Tracker supports exporting issue lists from filters as XMS, CSV, and XLSX files. The export feature is often unstable: errors occur, files do not download or contain an incomplete issue list.

Now, a new tool is available for exporting issues via report generation. To use the new export feature:

1. On the page with issues, click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M12.5 12a1.5 1.5 0 0 1-1.5 1.5H5A1.5 1.5 0 0 1 3.5 12V4A1.5 1.5 0 0 1 5 2.5h2.757a1.5 1.5 0 0 1 1.061.44l3.243 3.242a1.5 1.5 0 0 1 .439 1.06V12Zm.621-6.879A3 3 0 0 1 14 7.243V12a3 3 0 0 1-3 3H5a3 3 0 0 1-3-3V4a3 3 0 0 1 3-3h2.757a3 3 0 0 1 2.122.879L13.12 5.12ZM5.47 9.781A.75.75 0 0 1 6.53 8.72l.72.72V7.25a.75.75 0 0 1 1.5 0v2.19l.72-.72a.75.75 0 1 1 1.06 1.06l-2 2a.75.75 0 0 1-1.06 0l-2-2Z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg> **Export** and select the file format from the list: XML, CSV, or XLSX.
1. In the bottom-right corner of the page, a report generation message will appear. Click the link in this message to go to the report page.
1. On the report page, click **Download**. This will save the file with the issue list in the downloads.

You can still use the old export tool: click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M12.5 12a1.5 1.5 0 0 1-1.5 1.5H5A1.5 1.5 0 0 1 3.5 12V4A1.5 1.5 0 0 1 5 2.5h2.757a1.5 1.5 0 0 1 1.061.44l3.243 3.242a1.5 1.5 0 0 1 .439 1.06V12Zm.621-6.879A3 3 0 0 1 14 7.243V12a3 3 0 0 1-3 3H5a3 3 0 0 1-3-3V4a3 3 0 0 1 3-3h2.757a3 3 0 0 1 2.122.879L13.12 5.12ZM5.47 9.781A.75.75 0 0 1 6.53 8.72l.72.72V7.25a.75.75 0 0 1 1.5 0v2.19l.72-.72a.75.75 0 1 1 1.06 1.06l-2 2a.75.75 0 0 1-1.06 0l-2-2Z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg> **Export** ⟶ **Download file (earlier version)** and select the file format. This will save the file in the downloads.

### _Cycle time_ widget improvements {#cycle-time-improvements}

Added new parameters to the [**Cycle time**](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/cycle-time.md) widget: you can now select sprints as a step.
