## Setting up a color palette on a project's Gantt chart {#gantt-colors}

You can now set up the issue color manually on a [project's Gantt chart](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/gantt/project.md). To do this, click **Chart settings** and select **Color: manual**. To choose the issue color, hover over its name in the table row on the left and click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill-rule="evenodd" d="M14 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 14 6.125zm-5.906 0a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 0 3.749 1.874 1.874 0 0 1 0-3.749zM2 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 2 6.125z"/></svg></svg> → <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none"><path fill="currentColor" fill-opacity=".85" d="M4.25 7.438a.944.944 0 0 0-.938.937c0 .527.41.938.938.938.498 0 .938-.41.938-.938a.964.964 0 0 0-.938-.938Zm8.496-4.834a7.523 7.523 0 0 0-6.27-1.583c-2.93.586-5.273 2.93-5.83 5.83-.498 2.462.235 4.922 1.963 6.768 1.407 1.436 3.223 2.285 4.922 2.285.264 0 .528-.029.762-.058.732-.117 1.318-.557 1.67-1.23a2.482 2.482 0 0 0 0-2.227 1.088 1.088 0 0 1 .059-1.114c.205-.351.527-.556.937-.556h2.11c1.347 0 2.431-1.026 2.431-2.373a7.519 7.519 0 0 0-2.754-5.742Zm.322 6.708H10.96c-.879 0-1.7.47-2.139 1.231-.468.762-.527 1.7-.117 2.49.147.293.147.645 0 .967a.87.87 0 0 1-.615.44c-1.436.234-3.193-.47-4.453-1.788C2.2 11.158 1.614 9.137 2.024 7.145c.47-2.374 2.373-4.278 4.717-4.717a6.087 6.087 0 0 1 5.127 1.26c1.406 1.142 2.197 2.841 2.227 4.658 0 .556-.469.966-1.026.966Zm-7.88-4.687a.944.944 0 0 0-.938.938c0 .527.41.937.938.937.498 0 .937-.41.937-.938a.964.964 0 0 0-.938-.937ZM8 3.687a.944.944 0 0 0-.938.938c0 .527.41.938.938.938.498 0 .938-.41.938-.938A.964.964 0 0 0 8 3.687Zm2.813.938a.944.944 0 0 0-.938.938c0 .527.41.937.938.937.497 0 .937-.41.937-.938a.964.964 0 0 0-.938-.937Z"/></svg></svg> **Choose color**.

## Displaying external blockers in a list of issues on a project's Gantt chart {#ext-blockers-gantt}

If an issue has blockers outside the current project, you will see the <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="10" height="10" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 448 512"><path d="M400 192h-32v-46.6C368 65.8 304 .2 224.4 0 144.8-.2 80 64.5 80 144v48H48c-26.5 0-48 21.5-48 48v224c0 26.5 21.5 48 48 48h352c26.5 0 48-21.5 48-48V240c0-26.5-21.5-48-48-48zm-272-48c0-52.9 43.1-96 96-96s96 43.1 96 96v48H128v-48zm272 320H48V240h352v224z"/></svg></svg> icon with their number to the left of the issue bar.

You can now enable displaying external blockers in the issue list. To do so, go to <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" width="16" height="16" class="g-icon" fill="currentColor" stroke="none" aria-hidden="true"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M7.5 5a1.5 1.5 0 1 1-3 0 1.5 1.5 0 0 1 3 0m1.405.75a3.001 3.001 0 0 1-5.81 0H1.747a.75.75 0 0 1 0-1.5h1.348a3.001 3.001 0 0 1 5.81 0h5.345a.75.75 0 0 1 0 1.5zm-7.158 4.5h5.345a3.001 3.001 0 0 1 5.811 0h1.347a.75.75 0 1 1 0 1.5h-1.347a3.001 3.001 0 0 1-5.81 0H1.746a.75.75 0 0 1 0-1.5m8.25-.75a1.5 1.5 0 1 0 0 3 1.5 1.5 0 0 0 0-3" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> **Chart settings** and select **Show external blockers**. They will be shown in gray under the dependent issue in the issue list. If you selected to display issues as a hierarchy, the blockers will be shown under the issue branch.

## Workflow templates {#work-templates}

To set up your workflow, you can now use templates that contain ready-made sets of tools. Currently, the **Project management**, **Development**, **Support**, and **Basic** templates are available.

You can create a workflow from a template under [**My page**](https://tracker.yandex.com/pages/my) using the **Workflow templates** widget.

## Automatically adding issues to a board {#auto-add-to-board}

You can now set up [new boards](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/agile.md) so that they automatically display new issues from a filter.
To do this, click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="20" height="20" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon nv-aside-header-footer-item__icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none"><path fill="currentColor" fill-opacity=".85" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M8.875 2.125h2.25a.5.5 0 0 1 .5.5v.23c0 1.925 2.083 3.128 3.75 2.165l.2-.115a.5.5 0 0 1 .682.183l1.125 1.949a.5.5 0 0 1-.183.683l-.2.115c-1.666.962-1.666 3.368 0 4.33l.2.115a.5.5 0 0 1 .183.683l-1.125 1.949a.5.5 0 0 1-.683.183l-.199-.115c-1.667-.963-3.75.24-3.75 2.165v.23a.5.5 0 0 1-.5.5h-2.25a.5.5 0 0 1-.5-.5v-.23c0-1.925-2.083-3.128-3.75-2.165l-.2.115a.5.5 0 0 1-.683-.183l-1.125-1.949a.5.5 0 0 1 .183-.683l.2-.115c1.667-.962 1.667-3.368 0-4.33l-.2-.115a.5.5 0 0 1-.183-.683l1.125-1.949a.5.5 0 0 1 .683-.183l.2.115c1.667.963 3.75-.24 3.75-2.165v-.23a.5.5 0 0 1 .5-.5zm-2 .5a2 2 0 0 1 2-2h2.25a2 2 0 0 1 2 2v.23a1 1 0 0 0 1.5.866l.2-.115a2 2 0 0 1 2.731.732l1.125 1.949a2 2 0 0 1-.732 2.732l-.2.115a1 1 0 0 0 0 1.732l.2.115a2 2 0 0 1 .732 2.732l-1.125 1.949a2 2 0 0 1-2.732.732l-.199-.115a1 1 0 0 0-1.5.866v.23a2 2 0 0 1-2 2h-2.25a2 2 0 0 1-2-2v-.23a1 1 0 0 0-1.5-.866l-.2.115a2 2 0 0 1-2.732-.732l-1.125-1.949a2 2 0 0 1 .732-2.732l.2-.115a1 1 0 0 0 0-1.732l-.2-.115a2 2 0 0 1-.732-2.732l1.125-1.949a2 2 0 0 1 2.732-.732l.2.115a1 1 0 0 0 1.5-.866v-.23zM12.25 10a2.25 2.25 0 1 1-4.5 0 2.25 2.25 0 0 1 4.5 0zm1.5 0a3.75 3.75 0 1 1-7.5 0 3.75 3.75 0 0 1 7.5 0z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> **Settings** in the top-right corner of your board and select **Automatic issues import and removal**. Next, set the filter parameters under **Adding issues to the board**.

## Using a planning poker on a board {#poker}

Scrum boards in the [new interface](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/agile.md) now support [planning poker](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planning_poker), a tool for estimating issue complexity in collaboration with team members. Estimates are made using a deck of cards with a different number of [Story Points](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/agile.md#dlen_sp).

To set the planning poker parameters, click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="20" height="20" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon nv-aside-header-footer-item__icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none"><path fill="currentColor" fill-opacity=".85" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M8.875 2.125h2.25a.5.5 0 0 1 .5.5v.23c0 1.925 2.083 3.128 3.75 2.165l.2-.115a.5.5 0 0 1 .682.183l1.125 1.949a.5.5 0 0 1-.183.683l-.2.115c-1.666.962-1.666 3.368 0 4.33l.2.115a.5.5 0 0 1 .183.683l-1.125 1.949a.5.5 0 0 1-.683.183l-.199-.115c-1.667-.963-3.75.24-3.75 2.165v.23a.5.5 0 0 1-.5.5h-2.25a.5.5 0 0 1-.5-.5v-.23c0-1.925-2.083-3.128-3.75-2.165l-.2.115a.5.5 0 0 1-.683-.183l-1.125-1.949a.5.5 0 0 1 .183-.683l.2-.115c1.667-.962 1.667-3.368 0-4.33l-.2-.115a.5.5 0 0 1-.183-.683l1.125-1.949a.5.5 0 0 1 .683-.183l.2.115c1.667.963 3.75-.24 3.75-2.165v-.23a.5.5 0 0 1 .5-.5zm-2 .5a2 2 0 0 1 2-2h2.25a2 2 0 0 1 2 2v.23a1 1 0 0 0 1.5.866l.2-.115a2 2 0 0 1 2.731.732l1.125 1.949a2 2 0 0 1-.732 2.732l-.2.115a1 1 0 0 0 0 1.732l.2.115a2 2 0 0 1 .732 2.732l-1.125 1.949a2 2 0 0 1-2.732.732l-.199-.115a1 1 0 0 0-1.5.866v.23a2 2 0 0 1-2 2h-2.25a2 2 0 0 1-2-2v-.23a1 1 0 0 0-1.5-.866l-.2.115a2 2 0 0 1-2.732-.732l-1.125-1.949a2 2 0 0 1 .732-2.732l.2-.115a1 1 0 0 0 0-1.732l-.2-.115a2 2 0 0 1-.732-2.732l1.125-1.949a2 2 0 0 1 2.732-.732l.2.115a1 1 0 0 0 1.5-.866v-.23zM12.25 10a2.25 2.25 0 1 1-4.5 0 2.25 2.25 0 0 1 4.5 0zm1.5 0a3.75 3.75 0 1 1-7.5 0 3.75 3.75 0 0 1 7.5 0z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> **Settings** in the top-right corner of the board and select **Poker**.

## Retaining a list of projects {#projects-preset}

Now, when setting up a filter for a [list of projects](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/my-projects.md), both the filter parameters and the selected preset (**My projects**, **Created by me**, etc.) are retained. The preset is restored when you open the **All projects** page again.

## Displaying files attached to an issue {#attaches}

[Files attached](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/attach-file.md) from comments are now displayed in the **Attachments** tab. If files are added directly to an issue, they are only displayed in its summary.

## Access rights for a dashboard {#access-dashboards}

The Tracker new interface now also allows you to change the owner of a dashboard and set up user permissions for it.

## Additional mailbox settings {#new-mail}

When setting up [email integration](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/queue-mail.md), you can now set additional parameters for processing emails:

* **Inbox folder**.
* **Archive folder**.
* **Start date of email processing**.

The settings are only available for [email addresses](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/queue-mail.md#sec-mail-yandex) registered with an arbitrary mail server.
