# Issue history

All changes are saved to the issue's history. To view an issue's change history and lifecycle chart, go to **History** on the issue page.

<!-- source: en/_includes/history.md -->
The revision history saves:

* Names of the updated parameters.
* Parameter values before and after the update.
* Names of update authors.
* Date and time when the changes were made.

## How to filter entries {#filters}

If your history contains too many issues, you can always hide some of them with filters. You'll see the buttons above the list of events in the **History** section.

<!-- source: en/_includes/filters-in-history.md -->
- **Events**. All events are selected by default. You can exclude specific events from the list.

- **Period**. Set the date range for the event list.

- **Users**. Filter the list by event authors:

    - **Robots only**. The history will only show entries about robot actions.

    - **Employees only**. The history will only show entries about user actions.

    - **Select from list**. Start typing the user's name or login and select them from the list. You can add multiple users to the filter.
        The history will only show entries about actions of specific authors.

{% note info "" %}

If a history entry includes multiple events, with at least one of them matching the filter, the complete entry with all events will be shown.

## Issue lifecycle chart {#diagram-cycle}

<!-- source: en/_includes/life-cycle.md -->
A chart under **History** visualizes issue [status](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/workflow-status-edit.md) updates and its lifecycle duration. Click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" class="g-icon" fill="currentColor" stroke="none" aria-hidden="true"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M2.97 5.47a.75.75 0 0 1 1.06 0L8 9.44l3.97-3.97a.75.75 0 1 1 1.06 1.06l-4.5 4.5a.75.75 0 0 1-1.06 0l-4.5-4.5a.75.75 0 0 1 0-1.06Z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> to expand the widget and see the total time the issue remained in each status.

You can also use the chart to navigate through **History**. To view a status update entry:

1. Click the status bar.

1. In the pop-up window, click the initial or final event.

You'll see the issue's date created and date updated above the issue name at the top of the page.
