# Deleting a queue in Tracker

A queue can be deleted by its [owner](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/queue-team.md) and organization admins group, as well as by users with the [`Queue management` permissions](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/manager/queue-access.md#permissions).

You can't create a new queue with the same key. You can only restore a deleted queue and its issues with an [API call](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/api-ref/queues/restore-queue.md).

To delete a queue and all the issues within it:

1. Open the [queue page](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/queue.md).

1. Before deleting a queue, make sure you [moved important issues](https://yandex.com.tr/support/tracker/en/user/move-ticket.md) to other queues.

1.
