# Subscriptions in Yandex Maps
In Yandex Maps, you can subscribe to reviews from other people: your friends, experts, or anyone else whose opinion is important to you. Their recommendations can help you decide whether you want to visit a new place.
If you're subscribed to a user, you'll see their reviews at the top of the organization card.
## Subscribe to a user's reviews {#subscribe}
You can subscribe to a user's reviews in [Yandex Maps and Yandex Navigator](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/en/review-subscribe.md#subscribe) or in [Yandex Search](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/en/review-subscribe.md#subscribe-search).
## Recommendation feed {#recommendations}
On your profile's **Feed** tab, you can see users that Yandex recommends you to subscribe to.
Your recommendations include:
- Users who visit the same places as you.
- Your family members from Yandex Plus.
- People from your contact list, if you've granted the app access to your contacts.
- Reviewers from your city who have a large following or actively leave reviews.
Currently, the service doesn't offer a way to disable the recommendation feed.
To appear in other users' recommendation feeds, write reviews of places and organizations and make sure that your profile is public.
## Reviews feed {#feedback}
On your profile's **Feed** tab, you can see reviews from users you follow.
To see the reviews feed, tap the profile picture → **Feed**.
To learn more about a reviewed organization, tap its name to open the organization card.
In the feed, you can also see the recommendations from new users whose reviews you may find interesting. The profile of each user indicates the main theme of their reviews. For example: “many reviews about steaks” or “expert in coffee shops”.
If the app has access to your contacts, the profiles of your friends and other people you know will appear in your feed.
Currently, the service doesn't offer a way to disable the recommendation feed.
## Liked by people with similar interests {#liked-by-similar}
This section appears in the organization card if someone you follow has rated the place.
For users who aren't subscribed to anyone, the label reads: "Liked by people with similar interests".
You'll see this section if the location has been visited by users with similar interests or your family members from Yandex Plus.
Currently, the service doesn't offer a way to disable this section.
## Rate a review {#estimate}
You can rate other users' reviews by tapping these icons:
-  — Like
-  — Dislike
They form the user's rating. Users with a high rating are more likely to appear in the feed recommendations.
## Unsubscribe from a user's reviews {#unsubscribe}
You can unsubscribe from a user's reviews in [Yandex Maps and Yandex Navigator](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/en/review-subscribe.md#unsubscribe) or in [Yandex Search](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/en/review-subscribe.md#unsubscribe-search).
## Remove a subscriber {#remove-follower}
To remove a user from subscribers:
1. Go to **Profile** → **Subscribers**.
2. Next to the name of the user you want to remove, tap .
The user will no longer see your updates in the feed and notifications. They can subscribe to your reviews again if they want to.
## Set up your profile {#profile}
Users can see the reviews and photos you've uploaded. They can also [follow](https://yandex.com.tr/support/reviews/en/review-subscribe.md#subscribe) your profile and get notifications about new reviews from you.
To go to your profile, tap the profile picture.
To share the profile with other users, in the top-left corner tap and select the service or messenger for sharing the link.
### Change the public address
Your profile has a public address that's displayed in all Yandex services. To view or edit the public address in the profile:
1. Tap your name or profile picture to bring up the settings window.
2. Tap the field with the public address and make changes, if necessary.
3. Tap **Save**.
### Hide profile
If your profile is hidden, your reviews will be viewable only in the organization card.
If a user you follow hides their profile, they'll remain in your subscription list. However, their reviews will be viewable only in the organization card.
To hide your profile:
1. In the profile, tap your name or profile picture to bring up the settings window.
2. Enable **Private profile**.
### Hide subscribers and subscriptions {#hide-subscriptions}
If you hide your subscribers and subscriptions, other users won’t see them. Instead, they'll see: **The user has hidden their followers and subscriptions**.
To hide your subscribers and subscriptions:
1. In the profile, tap your name or **(profile picture)** to bring up the settings window.
2. Enable **Hide followers and following**.
