## Log in to your account {#login}
1. Tap **** → **Sign in**.
1. Enter your Yandex account username and password. If you don't have an account, [register one](https://passport.yandex.com/registration).
If you've already logged in to your Yandex account on this device, when you first open Yandex Navigator, it automatically authorizes you under your username.
When you log in to Yandex Navigator and Yandex Maps using the same account, the app settings are synced. So, if you change settings in Yandex Navigator, the changes also apply to Yandex Maps.

## Name change {#change-name}
To change the name that appears in your reviews, comments, and posted road events:
1. Open [Yandex ID](https://id.yandex.com.tr/).
1. Tap  → **Personal data**.
1. Edit the **How can I call you?** field.
1. Tap **Save**.

## Forget your account {#forget}
You can forget your account to make it disappear from all Yandex apps on this device.
To forget an account:

To sign in to your account again, use your username and password.
## Delete your account {#full-delete}
If you delete your account, all its data will be erased and you won't be able to create a new account with this username.
Your account will be frozen for 30 days, during which you can cancel the deletion. If you cancel the deletion, the data of all services will be restored (with the exception of Yandex Mail data).
To delete an account:

1. In the window that opens, tap and hold the account name.

## Delete personal data {#deleting-data}
You can delete all your personal information from Yandex Navigator, including both private and commercial data.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open [your Yandex data](https://passport.yandex.com/profile/data).
1. Under **Manage data**, select **Yandex Navigator**. This opens a list of data types stored by the service.

1. Select those you want to delete and tap **Delete selected**.
1. In the window that opens, tap **Delete data**. If you change your mind, tap **Leave unchanged**.
The data will be deleted from Yandex Navigator within 30 calendar days. The data will be stored in the internal Yandex network for a year. After that, Yandex may store information about the authorship of map-related and other data.
