Monitoring access to tags
In your organization account, you can:
- Grant or revoke access to tags and change roles.
- Monitor quota usage for requests to the Reports API.
- Monitor the volume of requested logs (Logs API).
- Track user activity in the Yandex Metrica interface.
The section with users and their access rights displays, for each user:
- List of tags the user has access to.
- The user’s roles for the tags.
- Number of times the user accessed the Reports API and Logs API for each tag within the current day.
Viewing user list
- Go to your Organization account.
- Above the tag list table, select the Users tab. You'll see a list of users who have access to the tags added to your Yandex Metrica Pro plan.
- To see the tags a user has access to, click
to the left of their login.
The table displays:
- User login.
- API requests • interface: Number of requests to the API made by the user within the selected period for a specific interface.
- API requests • direct: Number of direct requests to the API made by the user within the selected period.
- Logs API log volume • GB: Volume of Logs API logs requested by the user for the selected period.
- Tags available to the user.
- Access source (direct or representative, along with the scope of permissions — view, analytics, or edit).
Manage access to tags

If you have editing rights to a tag, you can manage who can access it.
Only the user who granted the role can manage representative access rights.
- Go to your Organization account.
- Above the tag list table, select the Users tab. This opens the access configuration window where you need to:
- Specify the tag names.
- List the usernames separated by commas for whom you need to change the access type.
- Specify the type of access rights. To revoke all rights, select Revoke access.
- Click Save. Access rights will be updated or revoked for the selected users.
