History
By default, Yandex app saves your search and browsing history.
Note
Your search and browsing history is stored for 90 days. History that's older than 90 days, including search suggestions history, is deleted.
Open the browsing history
- Tap the tab counter icon (
, if three tabs are open). - Tap the clock icon.
If you enable syncing in the app, the history is saved in the shared storage on the server and available on all your devices.
Open search history
View your search history
In Yandex app, tap the search bar. Below the bar, you can see your previous search queries.
Save your search history

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Enable the Save search history option.

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - In the Privacy section, disable Save search history.
Disable search query display
Clear cache

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Tap Clear data.
- Select Cache.
- Tap Clear data.
Delete all history

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Tap Clear data.
- Select Local history on device. Turn off all the other options (if you only want to delete the history).
- Tap Clear data and confirm.
Don't save history

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Disable Save search history.
Clear cache

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Under Privacy, select Clear browser cache.
Delete all history
- Tap the tab counter icon ( if three tabs are open).
- Tap
. - At the bottom left, tap Clear.
- Confirm deletion.
Don't save history

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Under Privacy, disable Save search history.
Delete history
Note
You can't restore the deleted history.
All history

On the home screen, tap
(profile picture) → App settings. - Tap Clear data.
- Select Local history on device. Turn off all the other options (if you only want to delete the history).
- Tap Clear data and confirm.
One page
- Tap the tab counter icon (
if three tabs are open). - Tap .
- Tap and hold the page name.
- In the context menu, select Delete.
All history
- Tap the tab counter icon ( if three tabs are open).
- Tap .
- At the bottom left, tap Clear.
- Confirm deletion.

- Tap .
- Swipe the page to the left.
