# 付款问题

## 如何支付推广费用 {#canpay}

如需支付推广费用，请向您的[共享账户](https://yandex.com.tr/support/direct/zh/payments/shared-account.md)中充值。 在广告系列页面的用户名下，点击 **Top up**。 选择[付款方式](https://yandex.com.tr/support/direct/zh/payments/payment-methods.md)并输入付款人。 最低支付金额为增值税税前 300 卢布（[查看其他货币](*min-payment-table)）。

## 计算增值税 {#vat}

根据俄罗斯联邦第 425-FZ 号联邦法律，2026 年 1 月 1 日，俄罗斯的增值税 (VAT) 税率设定为 22%。 

随着哈萨克斯坦共和国税法修正案的实施，自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，实际提供的服务将适用 16% 的新增值税税率。

广告主账户中所列的所有金额均为增值税税前金额：

- 出价管理界面中显示的所有价格均不含增值税（即所示价格为竞价）。

- 您可以在自动广告系列策略设置和手动管理出价策略设置中，指定不含增值税的出价和预算限制。

- 您的广告系列余额中的剩余资金总额也显示为不含增值税。

销售者根据各个国家/地区的税收立法规定，将增值税添加到服务成本中。 增值税总额将在付款单据和确认提供服务的文件中单独列出。

在 Yandex Direct 界面中，您可以查看已扣资金（增值税税前和税后）的统计数据。 只需在 **Statistics** 部分选择相应设置。 此选项仅适用于以俄罗斯卢布支付的广告系列。



## 如何添加新的付款人 {#add-new-payer}

要添加新的付款人：

1. 在 **My campaigns** 页面上，点击 **Payments and documents**。

1. 转到 **Payers** 部分。 在 **Create new payer** 字段中选择付款人，然后点击 **Create**。

1. 在 **Register payer** 页面上输入银行账户信息并点击 **Register**。



## 如何更改付款人 {#change-payer}

如果在对共享账户充值时想更改付款人，请转到 **Issue an invoice** 页面，然后在检查数据时点击 **change payment method or payer** 以转到 **Select account payment method** 页面。

选择其他付款人，或者注册新的付款人，然后选择他们。
