I have a complaint about an ad placed on Yandex.Direct

According to offers of Yandex.Direct services, the advertisers are free to form the content of their ads and to set the terms and conditions for the placement thereof, and they are fully responsible for their ads' compliance with the law. If you have any complaints regarding an ad on Yandex.Direct, please contact the advertiser directly. Their contact information can be found on the ad itself (via the site or vCard).

If you also want to inform Yandex, please send an official letter to: YANDEX REKLAMCILIK HIZMETLERI LTD.ŞTI. Esentepe Mah. Talatpaşa Caddesi No:5 Ofis No: 27-28-29-32 34397 Levent, Şişli-İstanbul. Include the following:

  • The name of your company or organization including its business structure (or your full name).;

  • A description of the particular ad referred to in the claim, including the following: the text of the ad, landing website of the URL, and the ad placement conditions (keywords, targeting, and other settings), if relevant.

  • An explanation of what you believe is wrong with the ad, including links to the relevant laws and regulatory documents such as official registered trademark document, court ruling, registered patent document, etc.

Sign the letter and attach copies of any documents you wish to include.

We take all complaints seriously. Once reviewed, Yandex will take all possible measures to resolve the situation. Please bear in mind that Yandex must comply with the law when serving ads.
