Add an organization to Yandex Business

For your organization to appear in Yandex Maps, add it via the organization selection interface in your campaign or in your Yandex Business account.

The more details you provide, the more eye-catching and appealing to users your company becomes, and the more frequently it appears in ad placements. Specify its name, contact information, and business hours. Add a logo, cover, photos, products, and services. For more information, see How to fill out an organization profile on the Yandex Business portal.

If your organization is already added, find it and verify your ownership.

Selecting an organization

Enter a link to your site. Under Would you like to advertise in Yandex Maps?, select your organization.

If your organization isn't among the suggested ones, click Yes, find my business. If the desired organization is missing from the list, click Create organization.

If you're creating a campaign without a site, add the organization manually in the same way.

Ad placement

If your organization has a physical address, placements in Yandex Maps and the List of organizations in search results activate automatically.

Conversions

After you create a campaign, go to the Goals tab and set up conversions for your site. The service automatically selects a placement strategy and goals for the organization profile, and they aren't displayed in the interface.

Setting up an ad

After you create a campaign, go to the Advertising materials tab.

Specify the ad link. Make sure the link also appears in the organization profile in Yandex Business. Users who click the ad text in the organization profile will be redirected to the specified link.

By default, your ad includes an action button with "Show phone number" text. To change the button name, select a new name from the suggested options under Button and enter a link to your site, booking form, or social media account. For your configured button to appear in the organization profile in Yandex Maps, add the button link to the organization profile in Yandex Business.

Notes on impressions

Geotargeting

Regions selected in the campaign settings don't affect impressions on Yandex Maps and in the list of organizations in search results. For example, a user from Moscow is searching for an organization in Saint Petersburg. They may still see relevant profiles of organizations in the selected region. Other organizations may be displayed when changing the map scale.
