SMS notifications

You can get SMS notifications about the status of your campaigns. For example, you can get notified when a campaign was accepted after review, or when the account is low on funds. SMS notification messages are paid for by Yandex. You won't be charged for them.

You can enable SMS notifications in your account settings.

  1. Go to Account and notificationsAccount.

  2. Enable Phone notifications.

  3. Specify when you want to receive notifications.

  4. Save your changes at the bottom of the page.

For reach campaigns and search banner campaigns, you can also set up notifications in the campaign settings:

  1. Switch to campaign editing mode.

  2. Expand the Advanced settings.

  3. Click Set up under Notifications.

  4. In the window that opens, set up notifications and save your changes.

By default, the notifications are sent to the phone number you provided when registering with Yandex. If your account doesn't have a mobile phone number associated with it, or you want to send notifications to a different phone number, click the appropriate link in the SMS notification settings.
