# Ağ şubesini kapatmak

Bir şube ağdan ayrıldığında, ismin yanı sıra mal ve hizmet listesi, çalışma koşulları, bonus programı, hizmet kalitesi de değişebilir. Bu nedenle, ağın bir parçasıyken alınan derecelendirme ve yorumlar artık ona uygulanamaz.

Eski şube yeni bir şirket olarak kaydedilmelidir:

1. Eski şirket profilini kapatın:

   1. **Kurumlar** sayfasında, şirket adındaki bağlantıya tıklayın.
   1. Sol menüden **Şirket hakkında** → **Veriler** bölümüne gidin.
   1. **Çalışma Saatleri** bloğuna gidin ve uygun durumu seçin.

2. Yandex Business’e yeni bir şirket [ekleyin](https://yandex.com.tr/support/business-priority/tr/add-company/add-org.md#create).
3. Ağın web sitesindeki bilgileri güncelleyin.

Ağ verilerini XML veya CSV feed’i ile güncelliyorsanız, değişiklikleri yalnızca feed’de yapın: kapanan şubenin `company-id`’sini silin.

Bu durumda kişisel hesapta düzeltme yapmaya gerek yoktur.
