# FAQ about sites

Webpages might display incorrectly. For example, garbled characters may display instead of letters or the page formatting may be broken. You may also run across buttons that don't work, links that don't open, or disappearing menus.

Try refreshing the page and clearing the [browser cache](https://yandex.com.tr/support/browser-mobile-iphone/en/privacy/cache.md).

Check if the page loads in Safari.

If it doesn't, the issue isn't with the app — please contact the site support. Typically, you can find contact information in sections like _Support_, _Contact us_, or _Help_.

If it does, clear the cache and restart the browser.

Add an icon for your favorite website to your smartphone's home screen to access it with a single tap. The site opens in a new Yandex Browser [tab](https://yandex.com.tr/support/browser-mobile-iphone/en/navigation/tabs.md), regardless of which browser is the [default](https://yandex.com.tr/support/browser-mobile-iphone/en/install/install.md#default) one.

  1. In the SmartBox, tap ![](../_assets/promo-settings-icon.svg) and select **Add to Home**.

  1. Tap **To the “Home” screen**.

  1. Edit the shortcut name, if necessary. Tap **Add**.

  
  
- Delete

  


  1. Tap and hold the shortcut icon.

  1. Drag the icon to the "Remove" option.

  1. Tap **Delete a bookmark** → **Delete**.
