# FAQ about Yandex Browser settings

Make Yandex Browser for Mobile even more convenient to use: enable a shortcut to the browser to switch back from other apps and add icons for your favorite sites to your smartphone's home screen.

## Where are the settings?{#where-settings}

Tap ![](../_assets/settings-iphone-icon.png =22x) → **Settings**.


## Back to browser icon{#button-returning}

If you enable the Back to browser icon in the settings, you'll just need to tap the ![](../_assets/browser-icon.png =22x) icon to return to the browser from other apps. To do this:


1. Tap ![](../_assets/settings-iphone-icon.png =22x) → **Settings**.


1. Go to **More settings**.
1. Enable **“Back to browser” icon on top of other apps**.


## Website icon on the home screen{#home-screen-site}

Add an icon for your favorite website to your smartphone's home screen to access it with a single tap. The site opens in a new Yandex Browser [tab](https://yandex.com.tr/support/browser-mobile-android-phone/en/navigation/tabs.md), regardless of which browser is the [default](https://yandex.com.tr/support/browser-mobile-android-phone/en/install/install.md#default#default) one.

- Add

  
  1. Tap ![](../_assets/settings-iphone-icon.png =22x) → **Add shortcut**.

  1. Tap **Add** in the window that opens.
  

- Delete

  
  1. Tap and hold the shortcut icon.

  1. Drag the icon to the “Remove” option.
