Technical Account Manager

Now we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical side of client campaigns and support clients in the ecommerce industry. You should be comfortable with fast-paced work and passionate about up-sales, client relations, and technologies.

Tasks that await you

Take ownership of technical implementation for the product
You will be responsible for technical integration processes and guiding clients with active communications.

Help clients resolve technical issues and requests
You will support clients with any technical issues on the client side to resolve them on time or redirect the request to our support team.

Monitor and analyze client ad campaigns and take initiative by offering clients data-driven business insights
You will monitor ad campaigns from a technical perspective and regularly consider how to support results based on client expectations.

We expect that you

Have experience in client relationship management
Possess a background in advertising or digital marketing
Have in-depth knowledge of GTM, Facebook Pixel, AppsFlyer, and Adjust
Possess 5+ years of professional experience in the AdTech industry
Are familiar with website structures (HTML)
Have a basic understanding of JavaScript
Are able to multitask, set priorities, and work independently
Have excellent written and spoken English

It'd be a plus if you

Hands-on PPC campaign management experience on digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Yandex Direct)
Experience with retargeting/remarketing
