• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and client acquisition for the advertising platform
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Manage and optimize sales channels (direct clients, agencies, ABM, and more)
• Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize product enhancements that drive growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns
• Monitor and report on KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our growth strategies
• Collaborate with clients and advertising agencies around the world to better understand client needs and requirements, including by traveling to visit them

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel
• Experience managing paid acquisition channels, including SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising industry
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience developing targeted marketing and sales strategies to reach and engage users

• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle
