We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our international creative team at Yandex FunTech. You’ll be a good fit if you’re ready to independently lead large-scale projects and your portfolio includes cases that are strong at the conceptual level and have been tested with real business tasks.

Work with the brand platform
You will develop the brand identity system for communication materials of both large and small formats: outdoor advertising, logos, merchandise, signs, and more, based on the brand's overall creative platform (creative framework → visual metaphor → graphic attributes).

Collaboration with related teams
You will work in close contact with the marketing, product, and local English-speaking teams. It’s important that you can challenge briefs, and understand, consult, and manage client expectations. You will rely on business goals and metrics when justifying your decisions.

Develop the design system
You will need to develop and enhance the brand's design system by proposing systematic solutions, standards, and templates. You should keep up with trends in design, photography, and graphics, and come up with ways to use them to advance visual communication.

• Have been involved in brand design for at least 5 years
• Have a broad visual perspective and can flexibly choose a graphic style depending on the task and brand positioning
• Can work in conditions of uncertainty and break down complex tasks, ask the right questions to clarify the project goal, work independently, and assess your resources within deadlines
• Can work with a team: lead a project within the group, supervise designers, and delegate tasks according to the project's breakdown
• Know the basics of visual branding and design system development, and have an understanding of modern branding
• Have worked with well-known brands (preferably in IT)
• Have proficient spoken English
• Are ready to demonstrate completed large-scale projects and discuss their results in terms of solving business tasks
