Inventory Product Manager

Tasks that await you

Develop products that generate the most revenue for partners and Yandex
Develop a compelling product vision built on a deep, data-driven understanding of publisher needs
Recognize opportunities and maximize the strengths of the entire suite of Yandex products
Manage the technical aspects of the publisher's funnel, including optimizing the funnel and payments
Develop personal account interfaces for partners
Evaluate KPIs for attracted and launched partners
Set a high bar for success, never accept the status quo, and look for every opportunity to innovate
Work cross-functionally throughout the organization, partnering with business development, sales, and customer service, as well as engineering, data science, legal teams, and more

We expect that you

Have 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions
Possess 3+ years of experience working on the sell-side (publisher) or equivalent experience at an SSP, DSP, or ad exchange
Have a highly analytical approach, making decisions using data you capture yourself or work with others to obtain
Are interested in the advertising industry and have a deep understanding of its trends and technologies
Have a strong understanding of the media monetization landscape
Possess a proven ability as a self-starter with a bias for action who can both execute and strategize even in the midst of ambiguity
