International Recruiter (Non-IT)
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter to handle international recruitment and grow with the company. Your focus will be filling a variety of business vacancies using the entire spectrum of search tools, working closely with candidates, and hiring managers to understand the needs of business teams and serve as their expert.

Tasks that await you

Manage the entire recruitment cycle
You will oversee the overall recruitment process and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from initial briefing to the first steps of new employees in the company. You will also develop diverse talent acquisition channels and create market succession plans for key roles in the company. Additionally, you will analyze hiring statistics, present them to hiring managers, initiate changes as necessary, and build partnerships with hiring teams to support their business growth.

We expect that you

  • Have two or more years of experience recruiting candidates for vacancies in IT and Non-IT
  • Have international recruitment experience
  • Know different search tools and methods (the more the better)
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Have self-starter approach and the ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Have fluent spoken and written English

It'd be a plus if you

  • Have experience in international recruiting and experience with business vacancies
