Head of Performance Marketing

Tasks that await you

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Build successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving performance, execute A/B tests, and iterate on marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the team and external partners for marketing-related needs (graphics, keywords, video creation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the SEO manager to run SEO technical audits, optimizations, content coordination, link building, and performance monitoring

We expect that you

  • 2+ years working in a similar role
  • Strong experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other digital channels
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Proven track record driving digital campaigns in international markets
  • Strong analytical approach to measuring acquisition funnel metrics, campaign performance, and optimization
  • C1+ English proficiency
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations

  • Experience working with digital agencies as a client
  • Experience working with B2B products
