Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
Build successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong ROI and efficient CAC
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels
Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving performance, execute A/B tests, and iterate on marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the team and external partners for marketing-related needs (graphics, keywords, video creation, etc.)
Collaborate with the SEO manager to run SEO technical audits, optimizations, content coordination, link building, and performance monitoring
We expect that you
2+ years working in a similar role
Strong experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other digital channels
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Proven track record driving digital campaigns in international markets
Strong analytical approach to measuring acquisition funnel metrics, campaign performance, and optimization
C1+ English proficiency
Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
