Negotiate with representatives of commercial and quasi-government companies
Work cross-functionally and enhance ties with product, marketing, and PR teams
Calculate PnLs
Set targets and create a plan for achieving KPIs
Build monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly plans for the team
We expect that you
- Have 3+ years of experience working as a team lead
- Understand the B2B market and have experience working with major clients
- Can communicate, negotiate, and present to partners
- Are familiar and have worked with the documents and agreements required by MENA legislation
- Have experience working with companies in the MENA telecom, banking, and retail industries
- Are fluent in Turkic languages and English
- Have experience working on project distribution in the MENA
It'd be a plus if you
- Have marketing and project management experience
