Yandex customers contact customer service every day with questions, complaints and ideas for improving the user experience. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will respond to requests and offer assistance to Yandex customers
====Responsibilities:
- promptly process requests;
- communicate with customers, drivers and partners to solve possible problems;
- develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.
====Requirements:
- strong writing skills in French and English (write quickly without mistakes);
- organizational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
- confidence and competence to make decisions independently.
====Preferred:
- experience in customer service;
- experience in social media marketing;
- desire to learn.
