International Customer Service Advisor in Taxi

Yandex.Taxi customers contact customer service every day with questions, complaints and ideas for improving the user experience. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will respond to requests and offer assistance to Yandex.Taxi customers.

Responsibilities:

  • promptly process requests;
  • communicate with customers, drivers and partners to solve possible problems;
  • develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.

Requirements:

  • university degree;
  • strong writing skills in French and English (write quickly without mistakes);
  • organizational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
  • confidence and competence to make decisions independently.

Preferred:

  • knowledge of Russian;
  • experience in customer service;
  • experience in social media marketing;
  • desire to learn.

Conditions:

  • remote work, full-time.
