We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager for our International Sales department in the Middle East and Turkey to lead sales, onboarding, and relationship management for MEA-based customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to build and execute strategies to bring in new customers, including prospecting, relationship development, product presentation, contract negotiations, and closing. You will also be responsible for supervising account management and service delivery after closing.
Your leadership qualities will help you reach goals by working constructively with internal stakeholders and customers.

In this position, you will:

  • drive new revenue by building and maintaining relationships with customers;
  • plan business growth, identify opportunities, and pursue them to successful closure;
  • engage with customers to promote Yandex advertising tools and solutions;
  • meet with potential customers, create sales pitches and decks, and identify key decision makers;
  • effectively sell to all levels of management in these accounts;
  • accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for new accounts and report progress in your region.

What we are looking for:

  • UAE citizenship or valid work permit;
  • native English proficiency; Russian is a plus;
  • bachelor's or equivalent four-year degree;
  • 5+ years of experience in online advertising sales and business development roles;
  • in-depth knowledge of mobile app ecosystems and the digital advertising market in Russia and the MEA;
  • experience with Yandex.Direct, myTarget, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.
