Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for Performance Marketing Manager who will develop and implement our paid acquisition strategy for users on the global market.

The ideal candidate is business-savvy and analytical, has a knack for optimization, and has experience running large-scale direct response campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who is ready to contribute to our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Build successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels;
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a strong ROI and efficient CAC;
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels;
  • Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics;
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving performance, execute A/B tests, and iterate on marketing campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the team and external partners for marketing-related needs (graphics, keywords, video creation, etc.);
  • Collaborate with the SEO manager to run SEO technical audits, optimizations, content coordination, link building, and performance monitoring.

Required experience:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role as well as strong experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other digital channels;
  • Worked with Google Analytics;
  • Experience driving digital campaigns in international markets;
  • A strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance, and optimization;
  • Worked with digital agencies as a client (preferred);
  • Worked with B2B products (preferred);
  • English proficiency at least at C1;
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
