Yandex is looking for an experienced Chinese speaking Field Application Engineer working with its partners in the Greater China Region.   Artificial intelligence is becoming a true differentiator for mobile devices. Nowadays, smartphones need to utilize plenty of AI-based apps and services so that they could really be called smart. Yandex, a leading European AI-technology provider operating since 1997, is proud to offer a portfolio of mobile products and services developed by machine learning experts with many years of experience to mobile device manufacturers and telco carriers globally.   We are looking for an energetic Field Application Engineer to help our partners in Shenzhen area with the integration of Yandex products into partner devices and services.    ====The responsibilities for the Field Application Engineer role include, but are not limited to:

• cooperate with the customer project manager, manage customer delivery and communications, ensure the project status are well synced between customer and Yandex team;
• provide reactive front line technical support and help customers understand and develop products using Yandex technologies;
• assist customers in all development stages of their products and their integration work with Yandex products;
• support customer technical issues investigation, associated with SW development and integration, testing, and trouble shooting;
• ensure that the customer products are launched on-time with best possible quality.   ====Requirements:
• minimum of three years of experience in the mobile software, devices or telecommunications industry;
• system-level knowledge of Android;
• solid experience in mobile software development, good knowledge of Java and Android;
• a good level of English;
• a good level of Chinese;
• familiarity with multicultural and international work environment;
• excellent autonomy, ability to be proactive and to work on own initiative;
• ability to communicate technical information in an organized and understandable way;
• strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and track many activities.
