Content Manager

Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service that uses a tested model of hyperlocal delivery in 10-15 minutes from dark stores that is supported by our proprietary technologies and know-how.
The international Yango Deli support team is growing, so we’re looking for a content manager.


  • Help team leaders write manuals, build procedures in English, and transfer them to the company's information systems;
  • Investigate topics, build content, and train teams in line with the needs of team leaders and the company as a whole;
  • Manage the company's information systems and regularly update existing information to ensure that the information presented there is always relevant and up to date;
  • Create tools, dashboards, and automations to support processes and procedures for the various support departments;
  • Write and test exams that verify the team's qualifications, passing full feedback to team leaders.

Required experience:

  • High level of verbal and written English and Russian;
  • Experience writing content;
  • Technical approach.
