Business Development Manager in China

The Yandex Mobile Distribution Department is looking for a Business Development Manager in China to drive the preinstallation and integration of Yandex services globally. You should be an experienced leader who can help build new connections in Chinese OEM companies. In this role, you will help build a bridge between companies, expand the number of projects with current clients, and look for new potential partners. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current and acquire new OEM clients and software companies;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Russian and Chinese;
  • Build C-level relationships to help grow current and potential projects;
  • Work closely with Russian office to identify prospective leads and products to distribute;
  • Assist the Russian office in marketing and other type of activities;
  • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.

Required experience:

  • 3+ years working with OEM and software distribution companies, or other relevant experience;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Russian and Chinese;
  • Knowledge of software product integration;
  • Proven analytical and business development background;
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work remotely and independently;
  • Ability to build relationships, offering a consultative business development approach to partners;
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding product distribution goals;
  • BA/BS degree;
  • Strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders preferred.
