Yango customers contact customer service every day to ask questions, make complaints, and share their ideas to improve the service. We are looking for someone to promptly respond to requests and assist Yango customers.

Responsibilities:

  • promptly process requests.
  • communicate with the customers, delivery drivers, and warehouse workers to resolve issues.
  • develop processes and tools to improve the quality of Yango customer service.

Requirements:

  • exceptional writing skills in Hebrew.
  • capable of dealing with large volumes of data and multi-tasking.
  • able to make decisions independently.

Advantages:
