Our sales team is responsible for attracting and retaining customers. We are looking for a talented and accountable Account customer care manager.

Responsibilities:

  • creating and optimising advertising campaigns;
  • onboarding new clients;
  • providing after-sales support to customers;
  • reporting to customers;

Required Qualifications:

  • at least 3 years experience in customer service;
  • experience in digital marketing;
  • knowledge of English;
  • organisation and time management skills;
  • attention to detail;
  • willingness to learn.
Temporary contract for 1 year.
