Content manager
The Search and Portal Global Communications Team is looking for a content manager with community management capabilities. We produce a wide variety of communications for Search and Portal, and you’ll be creating content, adding more structure to processes, and communicating with writers and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll be also helping the Content Team build an AI/ML community around our blog/newsletter to help it grow and thrive. Please note that this is a remote position and that you need to submit a test to apply (see test details below).

Tasks that await you

  • Take part in developing and implementing content strategy aligned with the team’s short-term and long-term goals
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Create clear task descriptions for writers
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Seek out potential contributors for the blog and newsletter
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

We expect that you

  • Have excellent writing skills in English
  • Have experience as a content manager and/or community manager
  • Are familiar with the ins and outs of social media
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have good organizational and time-management skills

It'd be a plus if you

  • Had an understanding of and experience with AI/ML content
  • Had knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Had experience in PR
