We are looking for an Account Manager to join our digital marketing team and manage client relationships, helping them grow through our advanced marketing tools. This is a temporary role to cover for a team member on maternity leave.
You will also have the opportunity to:

- Hold personal meetings with partners and organize training seminars and webinars.

Tasks that await you
You will monitor and analyze client ad campaigns, taking initiative to improve results by offering data-driven business insights. You will also build long-term, trust-based relationships with local advertisers and help resolve technical and financial issues.
Participate in business reviews and meetings
You will take part in quarterly business reviews, regular meetings, and joint planning sessions, including participation in marketing events, to ensure alignment with client goals.
Offer up-sell opportunities
You will identify and up-sell relevant advertising features to clients.
We expect that you
- Have experience in professional client relationship management
- Have 3+ years of professional experience in the AdTech industry, preferably hands-on PPC campaign management on digital platforms (Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian, Turkish, and English
It'd be a plus if you
- Have in-depth knowledge of Yandex Direct and the online advertising ecosystem
- Possess negotiation skills you can apply at the decision-maker level
- Are able to multitask and set priorities
